Grilled Chicken Tacos with Bacon
Servings 6 tacos
▢1-2 pounds chicken breast boneless, skinless
▢2-3 tablespoons olive oil
▢3 tablespoons taco seasoning click HERE
▢6 flour tortillas soft taco size or corn tortillas
▢6 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
▢2 tomatoes diced
▢2 cups shredded lettuce
▢sour cream to taste
▢ranch dressing optional
▢cilantro chopped, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Drizzle a little olive oil over each chicken breast.
Generously rub each chicken breast with taco seasoning.
Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Remove from grill and let rest for about 3-5 minutes.
Cut chicken into slices or bite-sized dices and place on tortilla.
Top with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
