Polynesian Meatballs Any Night

You really can enjoy these spicy-sweet meatballs any night—they're weeknight quick and equally ideal for busy weekend menu-planning.

What You Need
1/2 cup KRAFT Spicy Honey Barbecue Sauce (sugar free for low carb)
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1 each green and red pepper, chopped
12 oz. frozen fully cooked meatballs (dairy & wheat free)
2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice (cauliflower rice for low carb)

Let's Make It
1. Mix barbecue sauce and pineapple chunks in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in meatballs and peppers; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until meatballs are heated through and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve over rice.

Make it Easy
No need to thaw meatballs. Adding them to the sauce frozen will keep them moist and full of flavor.

Serve these meatballs with a garden salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
