What You Need
4 eggs
2 cups sugar

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Let's Make It
1 PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
2 BEAT eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth in a large bowl. In a second bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add dry mixture to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
3 FILL greased or paper-lined muffin cups ¾ full.
4 BAKE for 16 - 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
5 COOL in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
