Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

INGREDIENTS
3 Taco Bell Original Fajita Seasoning Mix, 1.4 oz Packet
1 - 3lb Great Value All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Frozen)

3 bags - Great Value Frozen 20 oz Pepper & Onion Blend 
1 bag - Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower, 40 oz (Frozen)

Corn  Tortillas
Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS
1st Crockpot - Put frozen chicken into crockpot. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top. Cook the chicken on LOW heat for about 6 hours or  HIGH heat for about 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through. Shred Chicken. Return to crockpot.

2nd Crockpot - Put pepper & onion blend and cauliflower rice into crockpot. Cook on on LOW heat for about 6 hours or  HIGH heat for about 4 hours, or until warm. Drain liquid. Combine with cooked chicken.

Heat tortillas with a small amount of olive oil. Serve with mixture.


NOTE: For less servings you only need 1 crockpot.
