Rice Milk
Turn cooked brown rice and dates into a delicious, dairy-free milk.

Yield: 4 servings (960 ml)
Ingredients
4 cups (960 ml) water
1 cup (200 g) cooked brown rice, cooled
1/4 cup of brown sugar or white sugar
Directions
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 2 1/2 minutes, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
Store milk in an air tight container and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
