Teriyaki Meatballs

Teriyaki Meatballs
Servings: 6 

INGREDIENTS 
16 oz meatballs (use meatball recipe)
3 cups cooked rice

Teriyaki Sauce
1 ½ cup cold water
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup coconut aminos
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil

DIRECTIONS 
Teriyaki Sauce
1. In a medium saucepan, combine all of the sauce ingredients.
2. Whisk the sauce ingredients together and cook over medium heat, whisking occasionally until it thickens and no lumps remain.
3. Combine meatballs and sauce.
4. Serve over rice.
Tip: serve with steamed broccoli
