Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
7 oz package Jones Dairy Farm No Antibiotics Ever All Natural Turkey Sausage thawed, cut into bite size pieces
1 small yellow onion diced
4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
6 cups chicken broth or broth of your choice
12 oz cauliflower rice can be frozen
6 cups kale roughly chopped
1/4 cup coconut cream
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and additional red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the oil. Once heated, add the turkey sausage. Cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until browed.
2. Add the onions and cook until onions are translucent, then add the garlic and seasonings and cook until soft and fragrant.
3. Add the broth, stirring to combine, and bring to a boil, then add the cauliflower rice and simmer until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the kale to wilt, then add the coconut cream. Stir to combine, then taste and season with salt and pepper, or more red pepper as desired. Simmer for another minute to combine flavors and serve hot. Enjoy!
