Slow Cooker Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
1 bag Lundberg Wild Rice Blend, 16oz
5 cups Swanson Chicken Cooking Stock

2 lb chicken breasts 
1 small onion 
2 cups baby carrots
4 celery stalks, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 large or 4 small bay leaves
7 cups Swanson Chicken Cooking Stock

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook wild rice and chicken stock in rice cooker.
2. Add rest of ingredients into a 6-quart crock pot then cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken breasts are cooked through. Shred chicken then stir back into soup and serve.
3. Add rice to crock pot and serve.
