INGREDIENTS
1 lb  Hormel Natural Choice Cherrywood Smoked Uncured Bacon
1 lb Johnsonville Italian sausage browned and drained
4 cups Swanson Chicken Cooking Stock
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 medium onion diced
3 large potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
2 cups frozen kale

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the Bacon, Italian sausage, chicken stock, garlic, onion,  potatoes, and kale to the slow cooker.
2. Cover and simmer on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours until the potatoes are tender.
