Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

1 bag of Tater Tots approx 32 ounces

1 pound lean ground beef

2 cups mixed vegetables frozen


Gravy

3 cups water

1 Tablespoon dehydrated chopped onion or 1 onion chopped

1 Tablespoon beef bouillon

1/2 cup gluten free flour [Great Value]

1/2 cup dairy-free margarine [Smart Balance]


Instructions

1. Brown ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

2. Mix gravy ingredients [water, onion, bouillion, flour, margarine] in vita-mix 2 minutes.

3. Place half of the Tater Tots into a greased 4qt slow cooker.

4. Layer beef, mixed vegetables, and remaining tater tots.

5. Pour gravy over top, cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 7 hours or until heated through.
