Author: Michele Rosen [modified]
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

Sauce:
1/3 cup paleo ketchup [optional: nightshade]
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 Tbsp mustard any kind
2 Tbsp maple syrup or date paste/syrup, for Whole30

Pork Chops:
1 1/2 lbs bone in center cut pork chops fat trimmed
Sea salt and black pepper
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp smoked paprika [optional: nightshade]

Peaches:
3 medium peaches pitted and quartered
2 Tbsp ghee melted
2 tsp maple syrup omit for Whole30, or use date paste/syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
1.Whisk together the maple syrup (or date paste) with the ketchup, mustard, and coconut aminos. Divide the sauce into 3 parts - one for serving, one for marinating and one for basting.
2.Place the pork chops in a shallow bowl and sprinkle all over with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Cover with 1 of the three parts of the sauce and toss to coat. Allow at least 30 minutes for the pork chops to marinate.
3.Preheat your grill to high heat and brush with oil. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side, then baste with 1/3 of the sauce. Continue to cook another 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your chops.
4.For the peaches, whisk together the ghee, maple syrup and cinnamon and toss with the peaches. Grill the peaches over high heat, brushing with extra maple cinnamon mixture, turning as needed until golden brown.
5.Serve the pork chops drizzled with the remaining sauce alongside the peaches and a green salad or any of your favorite veggie side dishes. Enjoy!
