INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pound chicken
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
Cooked Rice
Salt & pepper to taste
GRAVY:
3 cups water
1 tablespoon Dehydrated Chopped Onion or 1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
1/2 cup Gluten Free flour
1/2 cup dairy-free margarine
OPTIONL TOPPINGS:
diced tomatoes,
pineapples tidbits,
sliced olives,
coconut flakes
green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place chicken, carrots, celery in crock pot.
2. Mix gravy ingredients [water, onion, bouillon, flour, margarine] in vita-mix for 2 minutes. Pour gravy over chicken.
3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
4. Once chicken is cooked, shred and add back to crock-pot with sauce.
5. Pour sauce over cooked rice and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
